• Maintain overall Information Technology structure for company both internally/externally (LAN/Wan network, developing integration between headquarters and remote offices).

• Plan for future expansion and enhancements to existing Information Technology structure. (CTI, remote e-mail access, software/hardware upgrades, LAN - based FAX, etc.)

• Implement and maintain internal company’s NT server (conversion of old MAC Server and software applications upon receipt of Compaq NT Server).

• Implement and maintain internal company’s E-Mail/Internet Server.

• Implement and maintain internal company’s Web Server (currently maintained and housed by an off site vendor).

• Trouble-shoot networked PC/MAC computers, printers, scanners and other peripherals and resolve.

• Performs routine system diagnostic utilities as a conscious prevention plan.

• Execute data security/disaster recovery plan by performing daily tape back up, as well as, periodic off-site tape back-up procedures.

• Act as a liaison for and supervise third-party technical providers.

• Develop technical specifications when seeking software/hardware product donations/purchases from vendor members or other technology vendors.

• Provide in-house technical training, support and documentation.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
