- Establishes/ maintains relationships with the best employment sources in local/ regional markets, posts advertisements and coordinates search plans to find the best candidates.
- Reviews job analysis/ job profiles and discusses job specifications with line managers to direct the search effectively and efficiently.
- Administers different selection tools/ techniques (e.g. cognitive/ psychometric tests, assessment centers, occupational testing) to elect the top applicants.
- Filters applicants' resumes, prepares shortlists and overseas an accurate tracking system to secure a ready pool of qualified candidates.
- Conducts interviews locally/ internationally in coordination with the SME's and runs reference checks to identify the best applicants.
- Selects/ refers successful candidates, issues letters of offer according to the approved salary structure and negotiates packages in liaison with direct manager to attract qualified professionals.
- Handles day to day recruitment activities and functions’ requests.
- Supervising for the on-boarding process and ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.
